DISABLING RIOT VANGUARD

This issue is caused by Riot Vanguard blocking the driver from loading, There are multiple ways to solve this that are listed below:

  1. Uninstall Riot Vanguard from your programs ( "Add or remove programs" ):

  2. Stop Riot Vanguard temporarily via the System Tray, Simply click on the System Tray and click "Exit Vanguard"

  3. Stop Riot Vanguard directly from the command line, open CMD as admin, Then type in "sc stop vgk".
